We rebuild your body in 3D.
Your scan becomes a 3D mesh. From that mesh, the software extracts measurements to sub-millimeter precision, directly from your geometry.
Then it runs a soft tissue physics simulation on that model: how your weight distributes, where gravity pulls, how much lift it takes to hold you. Cup volume, band tension, gore height and wing length come out of those forces, sized to hold that load all day.
We design and build your support.
Scan-to-CAD: your pattern comes out of the simulation with the lift already solved into it. Cup depth, band tension and panel placement are set by the forces your own tissue puts on them.
Your bra is molded, cut and sewn to that pattern.
