What We Collect

  • Account & order info: name, email, shipping address, payment info (processed securely by Shopify)
  • Radi fitting data: your bra size, brand, and fit conversation with Radi
  • Site usage: standard cookies for your cart, session, and site analytics

How We Use It

  • Fulfill and ship your orders
  • Send you your fit results and fitting ticket via email
  • Improve Radi's fitting accuracy (see below)

How Radi Uses Your Data

When you use Radi, our AI bra fitting tool, your conversation is used to improve Radi's fitting accuracy. Here's exactly how:

  • All conversation data is fully anonymized before it leaves our servers. Your name, email, phone number, and any personally identifiable information are automatically stripped before your conversation is processed or stored.
  • Only anonymized fit data (bra size, brand, fit observations) is retained for model training.
  • We never share individual fitting conversations with anyone. The anonymized data that reaches our AI provider contains zero PII.
  • Your anonymized fit data helps Radi give better size recommendations to everyone.

Third-Party Services

We work with a small number of trusted partners. Here's exactly what they can access:

  • Shopify — payments, hosting, order management (your order and account data)
  • Anthropic (Claude AI) — powers Radi's fitting engine. Receives only anonymized conversation data — no names, emails, or PII. Anthropic does not use API conversations for model training by default.
  • Resend — delivers your fit ticket email (receives your email address only)

Data Retention

  • Account and order data is retained while your account is active.
  • Anonymized Radi fitting data is retained indefinitely to improve the model.

Your Rights

You can request deletion of your personal data at any time. Use the form below or email hello@wearingradical.com.

California residents: Under the CCPA, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, request its deletion, and opt out of its sale. We do not sell your personal information.

Request Data Deletion

Enter your email and we'll process your request. Since Radi conversations are anonymized before processing, there is no personally identifiable conversation data to delete — but we'll remove your email from our systems.

Updates

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised date.
