Return & Exchange Policy

Finding the right bra can take a try or two. We get it — and we want to make it easy.

The Basics

• 60-day return window from delivery date
• Free exchanges — unlimited, within 60 days
• Free return shipping — we'll send a pre-paid label
• Refunds processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your return

What's Eligible

We're try-on friendly. You can absolutely try your bra on at home to check the fit. Just make sure it's:

• Unworn outside the home
• Unwashed
• With original tags attached

For hygiene reasons, items that have been visibly worn or washed cannot be returned. Any items marked as final sale are non-returnable.
