To start a return, email hello@wearingradical.com with your order number and we'll send you a prepaid return label.
Exchanges are always free — we cover both shipping directions. Not sure of your size? Use our Fit Finder before exchanging, or email us and we'll help you figure out the right size.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 3–5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
If you received a damaged item or the wrong item, please email hello@wearingradical.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll send a replacement immediately at no cost to you.
