These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of wearingradical.com (the "Site") and any products or services offered by Radical ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.
You may use the Site for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to: (a) violate any applicable law; (b) transmit any harmful, fraudulent, or deceptive content; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site; or (d) use automated tools to scrape or aggregate content without our written permission.
We make every effort to display our products accurately, including colors, sizing, and materials. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's screen will accurately render product colors. Product availability, pricing, and specifications are subject to change without notice.
All prices are in US dollars and do not include applicable taxes or shipping fees. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments and our payment partners. We accept major credit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
By placing an order, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
Our full Return & Exchange Policy is available at wearingradical.com/pages/return-policy. In summary: we accept returns within 60 days of delivery on unworn items with original tags attached. Exchanges are free.
Our Fit Finder tool provides size recommendations based on your self-reported bra fit. These recommendations are provided "as is" and are not a guarantee of fit. Individual results vary. We are not responsible for purchases made based on Fit Finder recommendations.
All content on this Site — including text, images, graphics, logos, and the Fit Finder methodology — is owned by Radical or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Our bra technology is covered by US Patent #12,256,788. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
The Site and products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Radical shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or our products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in San Francisco County, California.
We may update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
